Nice hotel in an excellent position very close to the center. Location right by the main square and the airport and the city market, tram line and main square.

It was pleasant time in Cuenca. Thoroughly enjoyed how absolutely great the property was. The staff from start to finish were helpful. We stayed in a double room with a comfortable bed. The location was good and magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Puente Roto...

The hotel staff was rather noisy.

everything was simply great. i stayed in this nice hotel for 2 days, had perfectly pleasant experience, greatly enjoyed its favourable location just off the centre and the airport. all the staff were very amiable.

The rooms were exceptionally nice with a comfortable bed, the staff were very nice. The location within walking distance of the old town was good and marvellous for us. Cuenca Historic Centre district was worth exploring.
